Rather than simply figuring out which numbers go where, the solver first uses logic and creative reasoning to choose the correct number to put in each square, and then shades in the corresponding number of squares surrounding it to reveal a surprise picture. For example, the number 6 will be surrounded by six shaded squares. Discovering which six of the eight potential choices are correct adds to the challenge.
